Someday, Episode #23: NASCAR Driver, Paul Menard

Welcome to Someday, where we interview interesting people from around the world to learn about how they make a living. We call it Someday because one day our curious kids may elect to pursue a career in one of these fields. In the upcoming months, we’ll learn: How to become an Antarctic Researcher, the best thing about being a Sushi Chef and the most challenging thing about being a Mountain Climber. Who knows…we might even talk a little ice cream as well. We hope you enjoy!
In episode #23, we sat down with NASCAR Driver, Paul Menard. Paul is in his 10th full-time season of the Sprint Cup Series and is coming off a career best year where he qualified for the Sprint Cup Championship and finished 14th overall. He is in his sixth consecutive season with Richard Childress Racing. Paul won the Brickyard 400 in 2011 and continues to make strides toward being one of the premier drivers in NASCAR. He is originally from the beautiful, and sometimes chilly city of Eau Claire, WI.
You can learn more about Paul on the NASCAR website or on the Richard Childress Racing website.
