Someday, Episode #11: Ben Haslett, Pastry Chef

Welcome to Someday, where we interview interesting people from around the world to learn about how they make a living.  We call it Someday because one day our curious kids may elect to pursue a career in one of these fields.  In the upcoming months, we’ll learn: How to become a LEGO Engineer, the best thing about being a Veterinarian and the most challenging thing about being a Racecar Driver. 

In episode #11, we sat down with Ben Haslett.  Ben is a Pastry Chef from Australia and currently teaches pastry at a culinary college in Brisbane.  He’s run hotel kitchens, small shops and worked in numerous restaurants.  Ben has been working in this field for the last 15 years and it has taken him around the world.  We hope you enjoy this interview….it’s one of our sweetest yet!  (Photo by Fivespice Creative)
