Someday, Episode #12: Dr. Stacy Mozisek, Veterinarian

Welcome to Someday, where we interview interesting people from around the world to learn about how they make a living. We call it Someday because one day our curious kids may elect to pursue a career in one of these fields. In the upcoming months, we’ll learn: How to become a LEGO Designer, the best thing about being a Professional Soccer Player and the most challenging thing about being a Clown. Who knows…we might even talk a little ice cream as well. We hope you enjoy!
In episode #12, we sat down with Dr. Stacy Mozisek. Stacy is a Veterinarian at Firehouse Animal Health Center in Austin, TX.
Dr. Mozisek graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. Shortly after vet school she followed her husband to Athens, Georgia while he continued his career in poultry medicine. Although she enjoyed practicing small animal medicine in Georgia, she was very excited to bring her experience and passion for veterinary medicine back home to Texas.
Her special interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and preventive medicine. When not working, Dr. Mozisek enjoys cycling, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
