June’s AdVenture: Neighborhood Taco Wagon

Welcome to AdVentures, our newest series on the blog.  In this column, we’ll take a closer look at our entrepreneurial venture of the month.  We’ve already hosted a thrift sale and a coffee stand and made and sold homemade chocolate bars as well.  Rumors of future projects such as publishing a children’s book and making custom cakes can be neither confirmed nor denied.  As with all AdVentures, the goal is to have some fun with the kids and learn more about entrepreneurism.

The Future of Shafer…Power!

Shafer…Power! is off to a great start.  We’ve learned some things, sold some things and the kids are having a lot of fun.  And based on what we learned from the Mast Brothers about making chocolate, I’m pretty sure we’re going to give it a try (making homemade chocolate) to see if we can move some product during our community thrift sale later this month.
